Once a blacksmith’s workshop, this 100 m² space pairs a four-metre ceiling and oak parquet with a street-facing window that brings the Marais directly into view. A 10 m² mezzanine with a kitchen adds a useful second zone for hosting or event support. With air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi, the space suits pop-ups, exhibitions, launches and private events for up to 80 guests.

The mezzanine is 10 m² and includes the kitchen. It works best as a compact support area rather than a second full-sized event space.

Weekend: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm
Space rules
* Events must finish by 10pm. For dinners, music must stop by 9.30pm.
* A Galerie Joseph technician is required every day of occupancy and is charged as an extra. A technician is also required whenever a DJ is present.
* Sound levels must not exceed 85 dB.
* Parking bays in front of the space can be reserved for deliveries.
* The first-floor load limit is 250 to 300 kg, provided a load-spreading plate is used.
* Leave the space as you found it. Clients must remove all waste, and nothing may be left on the street.
* End-of-event cleaning is charged as an extra.
* Smoking is permitted outside only. Respect the neighbours and shared areas.
* Any loss or damage may be deducted from the deposit.
* During Paris Fashion Week, bookings are offered as fixed-price packages regardless of rental length, at a higher rate than at other times of the year.
