A village within a village, South End Green is tucked away in Hampstead, between the Royal Free Hospital and Hampstead Heath. On this quaint little green, this iconic red phone box (with electricity) is available to rent for a unique retail opportunity such as a small coffee stall or a florist.
Hampstead has long been home to an affluent, arty community, and this area is a hit with locals and visitors with brunch spots like Silverberry Deli and shops including Marylebone’s much-loved Daunt Books. The Royal Free over the road receives visitors all week round, mainly between 2.30 and 8pm. Nearby, the gastropub The Garden Gate is a local institution for its Sunday lunches and big beer garden. Hampstead Heath station is a one-minute walk.
Over the road, there’s the Silverberry Deli & Kitchen and M&S. The Garden Gate pub is behind the phone box, on the other side of the green.
The space is available to rent for a minimum of three days and a maximum of three years.

There’s (very) limited space and no basic amenities other than electricity so this won’t be suited to everyone.
