You're in view of Old Spitalfields and Liverpool Street station is a 5-minute walk away, so you'll get a trickle of after work browsers from the City during the week. Saturdays and Sundays are busiest with tourists, weekend shoppers and foodies coming to and from Spitalfields and Brick Lane. Som Saa, currently one of the best in town for Thai food, is a two-minute walk away and is always packed.

  2. Noise Control / Music License: No loud music is permitted on the premises at any time. There is no license permitting the playing of amplified music on the premises.

  3. Event Restrictions: Hosting parties or similar events on the premises is strictly prohibited.

  4. Security Requirements: A security guard must be present on the premises during operating hours.

  5. Waste Management: All rubbish and waste must be cleared from the premises daily.

  6. Wall Alterations: No nails, screws, or similar fasteners may be inserted into the walls.
