Saturdays and Sundays are busiest with tourists, weekend shoppers and foodies coming to and from Spitalfields and Brick Lane. Som Saa, currently one of the best in town for Thai food, is a two-minute walk away and is always packed.

Security Requirements: A security guard must be present on the premises during operating hours.
Waste Management: All rubbish and waste must be cleared from the premises daily.
Wall Alterations: No nails, screws, or similar fasteners may be inserted into the walls.

The use of the premises is limited to a maximum duration of two (2) months.

This is an underground space, so you will need to do your own marketing to initially draw in customers, but Commercial Street is still a busy main road throughout the day, especially on weekends as people spill out from Spitalfields and Brick Lane.
