The local area
This space holds a maximum of 150 people split across both floors. To avoid overcrowding there are also ticketed event packages or security guard services available.
Upstairs and downstairs can be hired together or separately for different prices. Upstairs has a full licence until 2am but downstairs is unlicensed and so can remain open later under private hire or booked together with the ground floor with a temporary extended late licence til 4am for both floors.
Individual floor hire starts at £500 plus the cost of a security guard or both floors for £750. Weeknights are more negotiable.
Dry hire for a week is £1750. For a month, only £6000.
Approximate capacity: upstairs 60, downstairs 60-80. There are removable tables and stools upstairs that can accommodate around 36.
Security, lighting, DJ equipment, venue management and cleaning are available. Upstairs has flying Mackies over a mirrored wall, downstairs has a four-point white Martin Audio system.
Wet and dry hire is available, we can provide staff and glassware etc or you can do this yourself.
