Space rules
Please note:

Check-in is from 9AM on the first day of tenancy. Check-out is by 5PM on the final day.

A 30-minute grace period applies to checkout. If the space is not vacated by 5:30PM, a £400 late fee applies for the first hour. Each subsequent hour is charged at £500.

If the brand does not arrive within 45 minutes of the scheduled 9AM check-in, a £150 rescheduling fee applies.

A cleaning fee of £150 will be added to the initial payment or deducted from the deposit.

Evening events, launch receptions, or trading beyond permitted hours require landlord approval. No activity beyond 9PM on any day.

Noise must be kept to reasonable levels at all times. Events with amplified or loud music are not permitted. Noisy construction works are permitted Monday to Friday 8AM to 6PM and Saturday 8AM to 1PM only. No noisy works on Sundays or bank holidays.

Utilities are included subject to fair usage (up to £150+VAT per month).

Brands are required to hold Public Liability insurance up to £2m.

Any work to the space requires landlord approval. All external signage requires landlord approval.

Brands are responsible for all removal and disposal of rubbish from the space.
