Rules of The Space
This space is available to rent for a minimum of one day and a maximum of three months.
A1 and B1 licence - retail and hairdressing. No alcohol licence.
Any changes to the space must be approved by the Landlord, but all ideas are welcome.
The space must be returned as found, in white shell condition.
Shop share:
- No shrinkage policy
- Brand must have their own POS system and organise staffing.
- No commission on sales
Home Truths
This space is down in the basement of a modern hairdressers and can only be entered through the salon. In the short term, it would make a great event space. In the longer term, it could be ideal for hair and beauty businesses.
