In the event that the UK government explicitly advise the general public to self isolate and abstain from entering public spaces due to coronavirus, this booking may be cancelled and the rent refunded. One week’s written (to include email) notification will be required in order for this to be actioned.

Signage at the property
An estate agent sign has been affixed to the shopfront and must remain in place for the duration . of the tenancy.

You’ll need the Landlord’s approval before you redecorate.
No drilling or damage to the walls is allowed.
The storage room on the lower ground floor will be locked for private use.
No F&B concepts or cooking facilities allowed in the space.
No loud music or disturbance to the neighbours.
No smoking.

Tenant must leave the Premises by 5pm on the final day of the Term, if the check out is delayed a £100 late fee will be applied.

Home Truths

Denbigh Road doesn’t see the footfall that Westbourne Grove does, so be sure to let people know you’re here. There is currently a sign to let outside the space.

This is an unfurnished space.

The Landlord will need access to the space show prospective tenants around, but they'll make sure it's during off-peak periods.
