14th Street is at the center of New York culture. Here, uptown meets downtown and Manhattan meets Brooklyn (via the L train). The neighborhood is a lively mix of New Yorkers hitting up their favorite restaurant, tourists shopping on their way to the High Line, and commuters using 14th Street’s many transportations hubs.
This space is located on the ground level right off of a busy pedestrian corridor. Floors are a terracotta-style tile, and there is a dropped ceiling with multiple fans. Although it’s a flexible space, the place might need a little TLC. And since it was formerly a restaurant, this shop has two restrooms, a three compartment commercial sink, and lots of space for visitors.
There are plenty of transportation options in this area, including the A,C,E,L,1,2,3 trains, the NJ Path train, and the M14 crosstown bus.
This space needs some TLC, though it's structurally ok.
