A Little About This Space

This bright retail space to rent is located in a 4-story brick building on West Broadway. It has a floor-to-ceiling windowed façade, an open floor plan, and fluorescent lighting. It’s in the center of Soho, one of New York City’s most coveted addresses for shopping and dining. You’ll be walking distance from the Lower East Side, the West Village, and Chinatown. The trendy Nomo Soho hotel is less than two blocks over. Japanese-based retailer Muji, selling organic clothing and no-frills home goods, is a short distance away. Petrarca Cucina e Vino, serving Italian fare, is about three streets over.

The crowd

Soho sees a steady stream of diverse foot traffic throughout the day. Throngs of locals working at the financial centers of nearby Wall Street, independent business owners from neighboring Tribeca, and tourists from all corners of the world, flock to Soho on a near constant basis. They can be seen dining at upscale restaurants such as Frenchette, a few streets away, and Anejo, serving modern Mexican cuisine, two blocks over. This same crowd can also be found shopping at hip retailers like Origins NYC, and UGG, at any time of the day. Both are within strolling distance.

MEET THE NEIGHBORS

The Tyger, offering Southeast Asian fare, is a block away. You’ll find Gelso and Grand, a contemporary Italian restaurant, a few streets over. Your space is steps away from the eclectic collection of shops at Canal Street Market.

Home Truths

You’ll be across the avenue from Sadelle’s, an internationally known restaurant that is famed for its bagels, a New York City tradition, so exposure is all but guaranteed. However, West Broadway is not the best address, as far as Soho goes.
