A Little About This Space

Since hosting London Fashion Week three seasons in a row, Brewer Street has become a bit of a magnet for cool brands including Champion, Carhartt and Rapha. However, as the home of the likes of Kiln and Randall & Aubin, as well as a host of grab and go eateries, it’s still best known as a food and drink destination amongst locals and tourists in the know. With large glass windows facing out onto this busy Soho street, this small F&B space to let is a great place for people watching, and for catching the attention of passers-by.

THE CROWD

You’ll be in the middle of London’s media hub, so you’ll see a cool, fashion-conscious working crowd during the week, especially at lunchtimes and after office hours. Brewer Street’s restaurants and bars, including Hix and its sister speakeasy, Mark’s Bar, attract tourists, local creative types and businesspeople alike. Weekends bring more tourists into the area, who jostle for pavement space with Londoners and locals out for a day of shopping and dining. Piccadilly Circus station is a two-minute walk.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

You’ll be in between charcoal grill restaurant Carbon and Rice Wine Shop, a Japanese supermarket. Over the road is the ever-popular Thai West Cafe and The Glassblower pub.
