Rules of The Space
The space must be reinstated to its original condition: completely clear, professionally cleaned, all vinyls removed and all walls (interior and exterior) repainted to their original colour. Any holes must be poly-filled, sanded over, and the whole wall repainted in the same colour to leave a neat finish, without patches. The cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit held.
