Space rules
2. Licensee required to list Landlord as a named insured.
3. Licensee strictly prohibited from smoking with the inside the Premises.
4. Licensee required to immediately notice licensor for approval of all alterations including electrical, plumbing, paint, drywall, windows, flooring and signage.
5. Licensee prohibited from bringing animals or pets into the Premises unless authorized by the Licensor.
6. Licensee prohibited from using adhesive picture hangers on the walls.
7. Term includes any setup and teardown time.
8. Licensee must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the Term.
9. Licensee required to lock front and back doors upon any departure from the Premises.
10. Licensee must manage any lines that form outside to prevent any blocking of neighbors storefronts and right of way.
