Underground Session: The Women

Underground Session: The Women

7 March 2019 · London

Join us to hear from 4 inspiring women working in retail and get their advice on how to get ahead.

This event has been and gone. See what went down...

For International Women’s Day, we’re hosting an intimate Underground Session celebrating inspiring women in retail at 55 Duke Street. With only 1 in 5 SMEs in the UK led by women, and men still twice as likely to set up their own businesses, reports suggest that women are not being supported on their entrepreneurial journeys in the same way as men. Now, more than ever, it’s essential to share experiences and support one another. Join us on Thursday evening to hear from 4 inspiring women working in retail and get their advice on how to get ahead.

Thursday night will also mark the launch of our collabortion with The Photocopy Club. We’ve teamed up with 3 incredible female photographers to open a pop-up portrait studio for International Women’s Day. We’ll be taking portraits of the women of London, covering the walls of the space with your pictures. Join us at 55 Duke Street to be part of the exhibition and take home a free portrait of yourself.
