This Underground Session, we'll dive into what's next for the food industry from the newest market halls to running a market stall. Learn what it takes to be an innovator in food.
From Claudia Sidoti, Head of Recipe Development at Hello Fresh and over 20 years in the food industry working with The Food Network, The New York Post and more to Molly Tavoletti, a food producer and photographer for some of New York's best restaurants - hear their insights and stories on making it in the New York food scene.
