Read: How I Built This – I am more of an audiobook/podcast kinda guy! Starting a business in a market we weren’t familiar with wasn’t easy. I found listening to other founders’ stories and how they dealt with different hurdles on their journey to be very helpful through the early days of CanO Water.

Watch: The Social Dilemma – this documentary hit home. Definitely one to watch but some scary truths. How easy is it to have a social media cleanse or to get rid of your phone once your whole life is on it? I’m not sure I could do it sadly, but I’ll give it a go!

Listen: Calm Radio – I’m not sure why but this app helped me massively through lockdown. Throughout the quarantine period things were at times a bit tough but I found that if I listened to some calming music on this app, I felt much better.

Shop: Patagonia – I love their mission and what they stand for! CanO Water was created for a similar reason, a journey powered by purpose and fuelled by authenticity and passion.

Inspiration: David Attenborough – What a guy ey! There’s not much explaining to do here. Who doesn’t rate David.
