What does matter: it's brilliant storage space, and storage in W11 is like finding parking on a Saturday. No kitchen facilities though, so if you need anything beyond the basics, you're out of luck. The Portobello footfall is a double-edged sword - huge opportunity but also weekend chaos. This works best for brands ready to handle serious traffic.
